Returns & Refund Policy

At Klaritex Cleanroom Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple:

  • Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the products are in their original and unopened condition. Refunds will be issued minus the original delivery cost.
  • Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, contact us with your order number, name, address, product details, reason for return, and whether you need a refund or replacement. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will advise on how to proceed.
  • If you received an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number, name, address, product details, reason for return, and whether you need a replacement or refund. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • To request a refund or exchange, customers must notify Klaritex Cleanroom Solutions by post or email ([email protected]) within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be received by Klaritex Solutions within 14 days of the notification.
  • Exchanges can be made for different sizes, colours, or products.
  • Klaritex Cleanroom Solutions is not liable for any responsibility for products that are returned. For your own protection, it is recommended to use a tracked or insured delivery service for the return of goods.
  • For hygiene reasons, products must be unworn and not removed from the cardboard backing before returning or exchanging. Refunds will not be issued if the products have been removed from the cardboard backing or used. Products must remain unopened and in their original condition, with all packaging included. Refunds or exchanges may be refused if the product has been used or opened.

How long will it take to refund me?
Before contacting us please note the following timescales for processing a refund:

  • Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for processing of the refund. This may be longer during the Holiday Period.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to the address used for your Order Confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow an additional 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. This is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g., the card is declined or has expired) a cheque will be sent to your billing address.

When will I receive my replacement?
Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process an exchange:

  • Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process an exchange.

Once the exchange has been processed, please allow the following additional days for delivery of your replacement item:

  • Canada – Up to 4 Working Days
  • North America – Up to 8 Working Days
  • Rest of World – Up to 14 Working Days

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Returns or exchange sent by post are at your own expense, except in the following cases:
 – The wrong product was sent.
 – The item is damaged or faulty.
 – The product is a substitute or replacement that you do not wish to keep.

In these instances, a prepaid envelope will be provided for the return.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

Delivery charges (the cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item and have requested a refund.
